What you'll need
- Your details, once: name, date of birth, home address, phone and email.
- For each property: the address, type of home and bedrooms, whether it's let, and any freeholder or managing agent.
- If it's let: how many people and households live there, any council licence, the rent, and copies of the gas safety record, the electrical report (EICR) and the EPC. These can follow up to 28 days after you register.
