When's my landlord register deadline?
Every landlord letting a home in England must register each property on the government's new landlord database. Anyone can register from 15 December 2026; each region then has its own deadline, from 14 March to 14 November 2027.
Letbinder is an independent app from Shadowmark Ltd. It isn't GOV.UK, and it isn't legal advice.
Get each property ready, on your phone
Letbinder is an app for landlords with one to ten properties. It's coming to iPhone and Android in early 2027.
- A checklist for each property, matching what the register asks for, in plain English.
- Your certificates kept on your phone: scan the gas safety record, electrical report and EPC. We never see them.
- Reminders before your window closes, certificates run out or your entries need renewing.
- A register-ready PDF for each property, to keep beside you as you fill in the GOV.UK form.
