When's my landlord register deadline?
Landlords letting homes in England on an assured or regulated tenancy, which is most private lets, must register each property on the new landlord database, the Private Rented Sector Database, through GOV.UK's "Register your rental property" service. You can register from 15 December 2026; each region then has its own deadline, from 14 March to 14 November 2027. How it works.
Letbinder is an independent app from Shadowmark Ltd. It isn't GOV.UK, and it isn't legal advice.
